01 Mar 2025 Bulk Carrier "EVANTHIA"

On 18 January 2025, the Bulk Carrier “EVANTHIA” (GT 32,474 – DWT 53,284) was disabled due to main engine problems, 300 n.m. W of Cape Town, South Atlantic. The vessel was en route from Porto D’Agua, Brazil to Chittagong, Bangladesh, laden with raw sugar. Tsavliris towed the vessel to Durban, South Africa.

On 9 December 2024, the Bulk Carrier "KAMARI" (GT 32,614 – DWT 53,822) stranded off Recife OPL, Brazil due to steering gear problems. The vessel was en route from Recife, Brazil to Cadiz, Spain, laden with fertilizer.

28 Jan 2025 N.Tsavliris: Propeller Club recognition

The Propeller Club, Port of Piraeus held their annual New Year ceremony on 27 January 2025. During the event, Nicolas Tsavliris was recognised for his invaluable contribution as past President of the Propeller Club. 01 Aug 2024 Sailing Yacht "TAMARITA"

On 9 July 2024, the Sailing (Perini) Yacht "TAMARITA" stranded on Panagia Reef, off Paxoi Island, Ionian Sea, Greece with significant listing to port side and water ingress. Tsavliris mobilised tugs, salvage team, professional divers and equipment to the assistance of the casualty. The vessel was towed to Shipyard in Perama by Tsavliris' S/T "PROTEAS" through the Corinth Canal, arriving safely at destination on 27 July.

On 12 June 2024, the Bulk Carrier "TUTOR" (GT 44,479– DWT 82,357), laden with 80,000 coal in bulk, was struck by missiles, approximately 60 miles SW of Hodeidah, Red Sea, while en route from Ust Luga, Russia to Kandla, India. Tsavliris despatched tugs, mustered a salvage team and equipment to the assistance of the casualty.
