The Greek Shipping Co-operation Committee (GSCC) celebrated the 90th anniversary of its founding during an event held, on 12 November 2025, at the historic Goldsmith's Hall in London. The anniversary brought together prominent figures from the shipping and political sectors, underlining the institution's unwavering role in international shipping developments and its deep connection with the Greek shipping community.

Andreas Tsavliris, elected member in the Council of the Greek Shipping Co-operation Committee for about 40 consecutive years, represented Tsavliris Salvage Group.

The president of the GSCC, Haralambos Fafalios, referred to the course of the Committee, established in 1935 with the aim of bringing stability to the shipping markets after the economic recession.
