On Sunday 31st October 2010 members of the TSAVLIRIS family took part in the 2,500th Anniversary Athens Classic Marathon, an event which is historic and truly inspiring.

Nicolas A. Tsavliris, running for MDA Hellas (Muscular Dystrophy Association), took part in the 5km race. Gregory Canonis, Nicolas Tsavliris' son-in-law, who was also running for MDA Hellas, and Alexander G. Tsavliris, completed the 10km Marathon, both with impressive times.
