The General Cargo Vessel "AST RISING" (GT 4,109 – DWT 6,086), laden with steel pipes, experienced steering failure off Recife, Brazil, while en route from Recife, Brazil to Soyo, Angola. On 12 August 2025, Tsavliris mobilised the AHTS "Skandi Master" from Recife, Brazil, and on 16 August towage to Luanda, Angola, commenced.
The General Cargo Vessel "WILSON FINNFJORD" (GT 3,561 – DWT 4,518), laden with steel pipes, was drifting off Kefalonia Island, Greece due to loss of propulsion. On 30 August 2025, Tsavliris mobilised their Patras-based S/T "HERMES" and towed the vessel to Patras Port.
Navy Week 2025 was celebrated in most Greek Ports and the Patras Port Authority welcomed on 2 July the two leading units in the Hellenic Navy: the Submarine "OKEANOS" (S-118) and the Frigate "ADRIAS" (F 459).
The impressive arrival of the Submarine "OKEANOS", one of the most powerful submarines of the Hellenic Navy, was assisted by Tsavliris' Patras-based tugs "PROTEAS" and "HERMES".

1st Conference of the Hellenic Tugowners Association
The 1st Conference of the Hellenic Shipowners' Association of Tugs, Salvage, Antipollution and Offshore Support Vessels was completed with great success on 23 June 2025 at "Stone Warehouse", Piraeus. The conference brought to the fore the importance of the salvage & towage industry for safety, environmental protection and support of the maritime economy.
