The Tsavliris Cultural Foundation scholarship was awarded this year to Ms Eleni Karnaou, University student of a family of four children, by the Permanent Secretary of the Shipping Deputy Ministry in Cyprus, Mr Costas Iacovou. The scholarship will fully cover the expenses of a  Master's degree in "Shipping and Economics". The news was released on 12 November 2019 during a press conference and award ceremony at the prestigious "Four Seasons Hotel" in Limassol, Cyprus.
