On 9 July 2024, the Sailing (Perini) Yacht "TAMARITA" stranded on Panagia Reef, off Paxoi Island, Ionian Sea, Greece with significant listing to port side and water ingress. Tsavliris mobilised tugs, salvage team, professional divers and equipment to the assistance of the casualty. The vessel was towed to Shipyard in Perama by Tsavliris' S/T "PROTEAS" through the Corinth Canal, arriving safely at destination on 27 July.
On 12 June 2024, the Bulk Carrier "TUTOR" (GT 44,479– DWT 82,357), laden with 80,000 coal in bulk, was struck by missiles, approximately 60 miles SW of Hodeidah, Red Sea, while en route from Ust Luga, Russia to Kandla, India. Tsavliris despatched tugs, mustered a salvage team and equipment to the assistance of the casualty.
Following the elections of 20 June 2024, Andreas A. Tsavliris has been re-elected for the 38th consecutive year, in the new Council of the Greek Shipping Co-operation Committee for the period June 2024 – June 2026.
The operation of the Floating Museum "Hellas Liberty"
A contract between the Ministry of Shipping & Island Policy and the Association "Friends of Liberty" was signed on 21 June 2024 assigning the management of the Floating Museum "Hellas Liberty" to the Association. George Tsavliris, President of the Association, expressed his satisfaction with the development.

The Tsavliris Cultural Foundation scholarship award ceremony took place in Athens, on Monday 3 June, during Poseidonia 2024. The awardee, Leandros Trantas, secured a place in a BSc Maritime Business Program, a fully accredited three-year course.
