TSAVLIRIS SALVAGE GROUP celebrated their New Year's "Pitta Cutting" event on Monday 13th January. The occasion included the annual blessing and was attended by all the office staff, close associates, friends and the ever increasing TSAVLIRIS family!

Nicolas A Tsavliris recounted the achievements made by the Company in 2013 which included a return to form in the number of LOF's secured. A significant number of the salvage cases undertaken were on a scale and complexity that reaffirmed TSAVLIRIS' position as one of the most proficient salvors in the world today.

Mr Tsavliris made a point of thanking all the staff whose dedication and professionalism stands the Company in good stead moving into 2014 and reserved a special "thank you" for Mr Stavros Perdikaris whose 40 years of service is something to behold. Mr Perdikaris was handed a commemorative gift to mark the occasion and spoke eloquently of his affection for the company's founder, Alexander G Tsavliris, who employed him as a young man and his unparalleled loyalty and support for the current Principals and the new generation coming through the ranks.

The "lucky charm" in the pitta was won by administrative assistant, Tina Soulioti, and the event was followed by an excess of food and refreshments which was thoroughly enjoyed by all!
